Addition expands ESP’s service area across the North Texas Metroplex
Rockwall, Texas – September 8, 2025: ENT Specialty Partners (ESP), a leading national network of ENT practices, announces its newest addition of Lakeside Allergy ENT. Based in Rockwall, Texas, the practice is led by board-certified otolaryngologists Jeffrey West, MD, and Andrew Chang, MD.
Drs. West and Chang provide comprehensive ear, nose, throat, allergy and audiology services to families in Rockwall County and surrounding communities, and they are joined by two on-staff audiologists, Brandi Williams, MS, and Kylie Huggins, AuD.
